About this trek

Karoh Peak

Karoh Peak, at 1,467 m, is the highest point in Haryana, in the Morni Hills of Panchkula district. The trail climbs through chir pine and oak forest on an unpaved, rocky path, with views over the plains once the canopy opens. One guide rates it easy to moderate and puts the round trip at 3 to 4 hours from a higher start near the Himachal border; the walk here starts lower, at Tikkar Taal. It suits beginners and families with sturdy shoes.
